CJ's playing experiences

He has played Junior hockey in both the NAHL (Traverse City) and USHL (Waterloo), four years of Division 1 hockey at Ferris State University where he was the Captain of his team his Senior year and graduated with a construction management degree. CJ is currently going into his fifth season professionally playing in the ECHL, AHL, and Europe. While playing junior, college, and professional hockey he has been exposed to many different drills, goaltending philosophies, analytical and video approaches to the game. When combining the most beneficial drill, goaltending philosophies, analytical and video approaches, Elevate Goaltending & Analytics was created.

CJ was raised in St. Clair, Michigan where he and his brother grew up playing hockey in their basement. Their dad even painted all the hockey rink lines on the floor to support their passion. When away from the rink, he enjoys golfing-even if he can’t always find his ball when he hits it. CJ also enjoys wood working projects made out of pallet wood.
