Elevate Goaltending LLC  Breakdown Terms and Conditions

 

• 24 Hour Cancellation by client is needed for rescheduling any booked meeting. 

• Cancellation by a client less than 24 hours is subject to no refund or rebooking.

•  Coaches will wait 10 min for clients to show up to any virtual meeting after minute 10 client is considered a no show and coaches will exit the meeting with no refund or rescheduling.

• If Client video is not uploaded to the video platform, or website, named properly, or not in the correct folder no meeting time will be added while video is being uploaded or found.  

• Meetings duration is 1 hour, after the 1 hour is up the coach can end the meeting.

• If video is not clipped no additional meeting time will be added.

• There is a zero tolerance policy for abusing coaches in any way, membership/packages may be revoked with no refund.

•  Elevate Goaltending LLC & Elevate Hockey IQ reserve the rights to examine any incident on a case by case basis to determine a course of action including but not limited to no refund and revoking membership/access to the site. 

• Cancellation by Elevate Goaltending will be rebooked and/or a Free Meeting code will be provided at no additional fee, but at the digression of Elevate Goaltending.
